We want you to feel confident in every purchase from Mattie’s Watch Co. If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging.

  • Straps that have been installed, worn, or show signs of use are not eligible for return.

  • Gift cards and services (including Watch Concierge) are non‑refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
